Indonesia Corporate Travel & MICE 2020 (#ICTM2020) is the 1st round of 5-in-1 B2B event series to stimulate and accelerate the revival of Indonesia’s travel and tourism industry, focusing on corporate travel & meeting-incentive-conference-exhibition (MICE) market. ICTM2020 will be hosting 30 potential corporate buyers and 10+ media representatives to create new business opportunities for all stakeholders through quality events, venues, programs, networking, learning, and promotion.

HOSTED BUYER INFORMATION

ABOUT HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

  1. ICTM2020 Hosted Buyer Program is fully sponsored by Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif / Kemenparekraf.
  2. All prequalified Hosted Buyers shall take and pass SWAB/PCR test to be allowed to participate in the program.
  3. ICTM and the Sponsor has full right to cancel the invitation if the hosted buyer refuse to take SWAB/PCR Test.
  4. ICTM Hosted Buyer program will be prioritized for representative with relevant roles in the company/organization.
  5. Qualified Hosted Buyer will be provided with facilities as follow:
    • Return economy class ticket with Garuda Indonesia as per ICTM program itinerary (when required)
    • 3 days/2 nights - or - 2 days / 1 night stay at 5-stars hotel with arrangement 1 person per room.
    • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee break
    • SWAB/PCR test before the event.
    • Health & safety kit during the event (face mask, face shield, hand gloves, and hand sanitizer)
    • Transportation and post tour as per ICTM program itinerary.
  6. Hosted Buyer shall attend and actively participate in all ICTM program as scheduled.
  7. Only 1 (one) Hosted Buyer is allowed to represent a company/organization.
  8. Hosted Buyer shall choose and committed to attend and participate in ICTM program in 2 different destinations.
  9. osted Buyer shall not choose to attend and participate in ICTM program at same destination.
  10. Hosted Buyer shall pay for its own personal expenses, such as personal drugs, snacks, travel plan changes, etc.
  11. ICTM Committee has full right to reschedule and adjust the schedule, progam, and itinerary when necessary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Upon final confirmation, all Hosted Buyers shall provide their ID Card copy for flight and hotel reservation.
  2. All Hosted Buyers shall provide a copy of their name card upon registration and prequalification process.
  3. All Hosted Buyers shall invest their time to explore potential business partnerships with min. 30 participating sellers.
    in 5-minutes round-robin face-to-face meeting at buyer-meet-seller session.
  4. All Hosted Buyers shall comply with CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, & Environmental Sustainability) guidelines
    and practices applied thorughout the event.
  5. All Hosted Buyers are responsible to take care of their own personal health and safety.
